While in vitro infection with A/WSN/1933 virus induced a time-dependent and dosage-dependent increase in Annexin V-stained populations of B cells (Figures 3A,B, Figure S6A) and macrophages (Figure 3C, Figure S6B), infection with UV-WSN virus did not induce any changes in the numbers of Annexin V-stained peritoneal cells (Figures 3A–C).
