Pyruvate carboxylase (PC) is a kind of nonsteroidal enzyme, which is important to the tricarboxylic acid cycle.6 In addition, there is evidence that PC is associated with tumor invasiveness and metastasis.14 In our study, we found that PC was significantly increased in miR‐22 overexpression cells, indicating that miR‐22 could inhibit SCLC cell migration by regulating PC expression. The gene discussed is PC; the disease is pachyonychia congenita.
