Subsequently, KEGG pathway analysis demonstrated that the upregulated DEGs were mainly enriched in key pathways including ECM-receptor interaction, cell cycle, PI3K-Akt signaling pathway, protein digestion and absorption, phagosome, osteoclast differentiation, focal adhesion, p53 signaling pathway, staphylococcus aureus infection, and leishmaniasis (Figure 2(b)).
