We found higher levels of Selenomonas noxia and Parvimonas micra in RA subjects in agreement with previous findings in animal model of RA24 as well as elevated levels of Prevotella. A recent study found an association between anti-citrullinated peptide antibody (ACPA) titers and evidence of greater exposure to Prevotella45. The gene discussed is PRTN3; the disease is rheumatoid arthritis.
