High expression levels of MZF1 (p = 0.0287) and CDC37 (p = 0.0182) were correlated with poor prognosis of patients suffering from prostate cancer and showed a higher correlation than that of PSA (p = 0.154)—named after prostate-specific antigen—which is currently used for prostate cancer screening (Table 1). The gene discussed is MZF1; the disease is prostate cancer.
