MARK4 is up-regulated in multiple human malignancies, including glioma, metastatic breast carcinoma and HCC (Kato et al., 2001; Beghini et al., 2003; Heidary Arash et al., 2017), and promotes tumor progression and development by participating oncogenic signaling pathways (Heidary Arash et al., 2017). Here, MARK4 is linked to hepatocellular carcinoma.
