MAPK8 and peritonitis: Previous studies have found that the suppression of p38, ERK, or JNK MAPK effectively inhibited LPS, I/R, and peritonitis-induced lung inflammation (Asaduzzaman et al., 2008; Schuh and Pahl, 2009; Chen et al., 2010; Liao et al., 2017; Wu et al., 2017).
