In a multivariable logistic regression model adjusting for age, sex, BMI, hs‐CRP, hypertension, diabetes, smoking, and physical activity, there was a significant association between FH‐HD (at any age) and elevated hs‐cTnT (odds ratio [OR] 1.62, 95% confidence interval [CI] [1.06‐2.46], P = .025) and between FH‐P‐HD and elevated hs‐cTnT (OR = 1.70, 95% CI [1.03‐2.82], P = .039) (Table 3).
