Function experiments demonstrated that the silencing of FEZF1-AS1 mainly led to the increase of G0/G1 phase and the decrease of S phase in CRC cells, and the tumor tissue proliferation ability of FEZF1-AS1 knockdown was lower than that of the control cells, the migration and invasion ability of CRC cells with FEZF1-AS1 knockdown was reduced [16]. This evidence concerns the gene FEZF1 and colorectal carcinoma.
