Multivariate analyses comparing baseline characteristics of patients treated with TK/VEGF and mTOR inhibitors showed that patients with either baseline congestive heart failure (CHF), secondary bone metastases or secondary liver metastases and those who started 1 L treatment in 2011 or 2012 (vs 2015) were more likely to receive mTOR inhibitors (Fig. 3a). The gene discussed is MTOR; the disease is congestive heart failure.
