SAPCD2, also known as p42.3 or C9orf140, is previously shown to exert oncogenic roles in melanoma, gastric cancer, HCC, and colorectal cancer.34, 35, 36, 37 Intriguingly, we further predicted a long interaction region between PXN‐AS1‐L and 3′UTR of SAPCD2 mRNA by IntaRNA (http://rna.informatik.uni-freiburg.de/IntaRNA/Input.jsp) (Figure 4A). The gene discussed is PXN; the disease is gastric cancer.
