First, we found that SPHK2 overexpression increased phosphorylated Akt, phosphorylated GSK3-β and β-catenin levels, whereas SPHK2 inhibition decreased phosphorylated Akt, phosphorylated GSK3-β, and β-catenin levels in glioma cells (Fig. 6a).
