We found that the treatment of both CAY10576 and fludarabine reversed TRIM6-aggravated myocardial infarct size (Figure 5A) and serum CPK level (Figure 5B), therefore illustrating that TRIM6 promotes MI/R injury by inducing IKKε/STAT1 activation-mediated myocardial apoptosis. This evidence concerns the gene TRIM6 and myocardial infarction.
