AATF and colorectal carcinoma: It was required for transcription controls that underlie differentiation, development, and tumor suppression.38 Another previous study also revealed apoptosis‐antagonizing transcription factor (AATF), one number of differentially expressed circRNA circAATF‐1, was involved in transcriptional regulation, cell cycle control, DNA damage responses, and in the execution of cell death programs.39 GO analysis showed that the occurrence and progress of CRC were co‐regulated by differentially expressed circRNAs from different functional systems (Figure 3).
