The results revealed that the expression of SNORA7B was positively correlated with older age (p = 0.003), bigger tumor size (p = 0.004), and lymph node metastasis (p = 0.045), whereas there were no statistically significant correlations with patient race, hormone receptor (HR) status, menopause status, HER2 status, distant metastasis, or AJCC stage. This evidence concerns the gene NR4A1 and metastatic malignant neoplasm in the lymph nodes.
