BCL2 and acute myeloid leukemia: Our data are in agreement with results obtained with venetoclax in combination with the other dual TORC1/TORC2, INK128, in acute myeloid leukemia [27], as well as data reported in lymphoma models with the BCL2 inhibitor combined with the dual PI3K/mTOR inhibitor bimiralisib (PQR309) [28] or different PI3K inhibitors [29,30,31,32].
