Our findings further demonstrated that deletion of Camkk2 in BMDM also results in increased expression of genes encoding CXCL9 and CXCL10 chemokines that attract and activate CXCR3 expressing cells, including Th1, CD8+ T cells, and NK cells, which positively regulate anti-tumor immunity54–59. The gene discussed is CD8A; the disease is neoplasm.
