DEP domain containing 1 (DEPDC1), naming DEP domain containing 1, has been recognized to be an oncogene resulting in human cancers, containing nasopharyngeal carcinoma,17 hepatocellular carcinoma,18 prostate carcinoma,19 bladder carcinoma,20 and lung cancer.21 Besides, DEPDC1 is required for biological processes of tumors, involving cell proliferation,22 apoptosis,21 cycle,17 and metastasis.18 However, the role of DEPDC1 played in breast cancer was not inspected previously. This evidence concerns the gene DEPDC1 and prostate carcinoma.
