TLR4 and neoplasm: The average size of the LG of mxcmbn1/Y; r4>Tl10B was 47% of that in mxcmbn1/Y; r4>GFP (n>20) (Fig. 4E,F), indicating that the ectopic activation of the Toll pathway by overexpression of the constitutively active form of a Toll receptor in fat-body cells significantly suppressed the tumour overgrowth phenotype (P<0.01, Welch's t-test) (Fig. 4H).
