TP53 and urinary bladder cancer: Durvalumab 118.0 mg/kg IV prevented metastatic action of primary luminal NMIBC PDXs and significantly decreased number of visible superficial lung metastasis given by: Primarily basal bladder cancer PDXs to 4.3 ± 1.7 (16.5 ± 2.4 in control, p = 0.03), primary p53 subtype PDXs to 16.2 ± 5.8 (44.7 ± 4.5 in control, p = 0.01).
