TP53 and serous adenocarcinoma: In the internal validation cohort (Supplementary Table S1), high CRYAB and p53 co-expression was significantly associated with histological type with serous carcinomas (P=0.001), positive lymph node metastasis (P=0.000), positive distant metastasis (P=0.005), TNM stages of large, high grade cancer (P=0.000), and lower survival (P=0.000) but was not statistically significantly associated with other clinicopathological features; (Supplementary Tables S1).
