In addition, we also analyzed the function of CBX2 in proliferation of normal human osteoblast, and the results of CCK‐8, colony formation, and EDU assay showed that suppression of CBX2 could not affect proliferation of normal human osteoblast cell lines (Figure S1).These data demonstrated that CBX2 could promote the proliferation and invasion of osteosarcoma cells. This evidence concerns the gene CBX2 and osteosarcoma.
