We found several of the upregulated genes in our study to be associated with different types of human sarcomas, including GPR65, ARHGDIB, PPARG, HSD11B1, KYNU, SPRR2A, CCR1, PEG10, CLDN14, TFPI2, CYP2J2, PTPRN2, HLA-DQB1, CCL3, MAGEA8, COL5A3, HLA-DPA1, GFPT2, AIM2, HLA-DPB1, and TNNT19,10. Here, CLDN14 is linked to sarcoma.
