PHLPP2 acted as tumour suppressors in various cancers by their capability of blocking growth factor‐induced signalling pathway in cancer cells.31, 32, 33 Xia et al reported that PHLPP2‐knockdown in miR‐32‐transfected breast cancer cells promotes cell proliferation, indicating that PHLPP2 down‐regulation is an important part for miR‐32‐induced cell proliferation.34 Here, PHLPP2 is linked to breast carcinoma.
