CLEC‐1B is linked to inflammation during sepsis, thrombosis, and cancer immunity.37, 38, 39, 40 Wang et al reported that CLEC‐1B might suppress AKT signaling and cancer cell invasiveness.40 More recently, it was suggested that CLEC‐1B expression levels can predict outcome for certain cancers.37 These reports make CLEC‐1B a fascinating therapeutic target when considering antitumor immunity. Here, CLEC1B is linked to Sepsis.
