Flow cytometry showed that treatment with an IL-10 antibody significantly up-regulated the expression of activated receptors NKp30 and NKG2D on the surface of NK cells and down-regulated the expression of p-STAT3 in NK cells, suggesting that HIG2 induced the activation of the STAT3 signaling pathway in NK cells by up-regulation of IL-10 expression in HCC cells. This evidence concerns the gene STAT3 and hepatocellular carcinoma.
