According to the histopathological features of Tg(fabp10a:HBx,p53−) and Tg(fabp10a:src,p53−) [43], we judged H&E stains with an enlargement of polymorphic nuclei, prominent nucleoli, and an increased number of mitotic figures, as being diagnosed with HCC. This evidence concerns the gene TP53 and hepatocellular carcinoma.
