For example miRNA‐638 inhibits cell growth and tubule formation by suppressing VEGF in human Ewing sarcoma cells.49 Another study validated miRNA‐638 could inhibit cell proliferation by targeting phospholipase D1 in human gastric carcinoma.50 In this study, based on preliminary research results, we successfully revealed the important role of miRNA‐638 in osteogenic differentiation of hAVICs. This evidence concerns the gene VEGFA and gastric carcinoma.
