CD8A and neoplasm: Thus, we next examined the tumour-associated immune infiltrates in tumour tissues after combination treatment with GQD and anti-mouse PD-1 via immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence and observed a higher density of CD8+T cells in the GQD and anti-mouse PD-1 combination therapy group than in the control group (P = 0.029), consistent with the above results (Fig. 6c–e).
