Genes such as LAMA4 [111], LAMA5 [112], and C1QTNF6 [113] were involved in angiogenesis in many cancer types such as renal cell carcinoma, colorectal cancer, and hepatocellular carcinoma, but these genes may be linked with angiogenesis in GBM.
