ROR1 and cancer: ROR1-IT treatment at 200 ng/mL concentration that led to partial killing of ROR1+ cells (Figure 3d) failed to consistently alter ROR1, FGFR1, pAKT or AKT levels among all ROR1+ cells (Figure 5g,h), suggesting that ROR1-IT did not kill cancer cells via signaling inhibition in all ROR1+ cancer cells.
