105 of purified peripheral CD8+ T cells from HLA-A2 restricted healthy individuals (n = 7) and HCC patients (n = 12) were stimulated with IL-35 for 6 h, and were co-cultured in direct contact or in indirect contact with 5 × 105 of HepG2 cells or HLA-A2-expressing Huh7 cells in the presence of anti-CD3/CD28. This evidence concerns the gene CD8A and hepatocellular carcinoma.
