In these patients, AP levels were lower during the headache attack (0.9 ± 0.2 ng/mL vs 1.1 ± 0.2 ng/mL, respectively; p < 0.05), whereas in the remaining CM patients, DHEAS levels were higher during the attack (1.8 ± 1.4 μg/mL vs 0.9 ± 0.6 μg/mL, respectively; p < 0.05). This evidence concerns the gene SULT2A1 and alkaline phosphatase measurement.
