The results showed that YTHDF1 silencing formed smaller tumors (Figures 6A,B).Then we validated the expression of CD133, CD44, ALDH1, OCT4, and Lgr5 in xenograft tumors by RT-qPCR, the results showed that YTHDF1 silencing downregulated the expression of CRC cancer stem cell markers in xenograft tumors (Figure 6C). Here, CD44 is linked to colorectal carcinoma.
