F7 and Thrombocytopenia: Evaluationof leukocyte mobilization and biochemical parameters in the blood of rabbitsrevealed that platelet functions and blood coagulation showed a time-dependent trendat 3, 24, 48, 72, and 120 hours after Loxosceles envenomation. These levels were associated with initial leukopenia and thrombocytopenia, posteriorleukocytosis, platelet aggregation, elevation of fibrinogen levels, and reduction ofcoagulation factor VII [35].
