RENBP and infection: Mice vaccinated with the subunit vaccine CAF01+H56 in presence of RA, which had a higher percentage of Ag85B tetramer specific T lymphocytes before infection, at 2 and 6 weeks post-infection showed a reduced percentage of Ag-specific T lymphocytes as compared to CAF01+H56 vaccinated mice in presence of RA vehicle (Figures 6B,C).
