EAAT2 levels in the glaucoma group increased to 176 ± 17% of those in the control group (n = 7, p < 0.01; Figure 2B), the levels in the glaucoma + 8-OH-DPAT group increased to 208 ± 12% of those in the control group (n = 7, p < 0.001; Figure 2B), and the levels in the glaucoma + WAY-100635 group increased to only 125 ± 6% of those in the control group (n = 7, p > 0.05; Figure 2B). Here, SLC1A2 is linked to glaucoma.
