Stratifying by autoantibody status, the estimated relative risk of VTE after Sjögren's syndrome diagnosis was higher and only significant in SSA/SSB double‐positive patients (HR 3.1, 95% CI 1.9–4.8), compared to SSA/SSB single‐positive (HR 1.7, 95% CI 0.9–4.8) and SSA/SSB‐negative patients (HR 1.6, 95% CI 0.9–3.0) (Table 2). This evidence concerns the gene TRIM21 and Sjogren syndrome.
