Of the included 960 patients with primary Sjögren's syndrome, 391 (41%) were seropositive for both Ro/SSA and La/SSB autoantibodies (SSA/SSB double‐positive), 278 (29%) were positive for only one of either Ro/SSA or La/SSB antibodies (SSA/SSB single‐positive), and 274 (29%) tested negative for both antibodies (SSA/SSB‐negative) (Table 1). The gene discussed is CALR; the disease is Sjogren syndrome.
