These findings show an increase in genes associated with antigen processing and presentation via the MHC-I pathway in SAV3-infected TO-cells treated with IFN prior to infection which is in line with observations made by Lattanzi et al. [12], who showed that IFNα regulates cytosolic antigen processing and presentation via the MHC-I pathway in mouse DCs. The gene discussed is IFNA1; the disease is infection.
