TET2 and diffuse large B-cell lymphoma: In vivo, TET‐deficiency associates with the deregulation of embryonic development 19, and TET2 loss‐of‐function poses a risk for transformation such as in myeloid malignancies 20, 21, 22 or Diffuse Large B‐cell Lymphoma (DLBCL) 23, 24, the latter tumour originating from germinal centre (GC) B cells.
