TRPA1 and dermatitis: TRPA1 gene ablation abrogated neutrophil infiltration induced in an acute gout model,32 and neutrophil accumulation in the tracheal epithelial was abated by TRPA1 antagonism with acetaminophen administration in mice.33 Therefore, we suggest that TRPA1 may contribute to IMQ‐induced dermatitis by mediating neutrophil infiltration through the action of key mediators of neutrophil migration.
