Although it is acknowledged that the significance of PD-L1 expression in BPDCN as a biomarker for immune therapy selection remains to be determined, our data suggest that anti–PD-L1 therapy might be a consideration, particularly in BPDCN patients with higher levels of PD-L1 expression.
