The effects of isoproterenol (ISO) and β-caryophyllene (100, 200 mg/kg) on numerous cardiac indicator enzymes (lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), creatine phosphokinase (CPK), creatine kinase-myocardial bound (CK-MB), and cardiac tropinin T (cTnT)) in normal and myocardial infarctions induced via isoproterenol are shown in Figure 5.
