Common drugs used in CRC treatment are anti-vascular endothelial growth factor, VEGF (Bevacizumab), anti-epidermal growth factor receptor, EGFR (Cetuximab or Panitumumab), topoisomerase inhibitor (Irinotecan), and fluoropyrimidines (capecitabine or 5-fluorouracil or also known as 5-FU) [8].
