In the control diet, furosine content reached 25.8 ± 2.1 mg/100 g proteins, that of lysine-Amadori compound 79.9 ± 6.5 mg/100 g proteins, CML 4.1 ± 0.4 mg/100 g proteins, and content of CEL was 1.1 ± 0.1 mg/100 g proteins; while AGE-RD contained about 34.7 ± 1.6 mg furosine/100 g proteins, 107.4 ± 4.8 mg lysine-Amadori compound/100 g protein, 6.1 ± 0.6 mg CML/100 g proteins, and 2.9 ± 0.2 mg CEL/100 g proteins. Here, CEL is linked to chronic myelogenous leukemia, BCR-ABL1 positive.
