After the inclusion of PCa tissue cytoplasmic and total EZH2 expression scores, the optimism‐corrected discrimination estimates for PCa tissue cytoplasmic and total EZH2 expression were 0.676 and 0.723, respectively, representing potentially important improvements in the model's ability to predict the development of posttreatment metastasis following external beam radical RT when PCa tissue EZH2 expression quantification from initial diagnostic biopsies is included. This evidence concerns the gene EZH2 and posterior cortical atrophy.
