CYP3A5 and acute graft versus host disease: The Kaplan–Meier curve in Figure 1 showed that CYP3A5 polymorphism tended to be a factor affecting the risk of acute GVHD during the first four weeks following HSCT (36.8% for CYP3A5*1 allele carriers (n = 19) versus 17.6% for CYP3A5*3/*3 carriers (n = 17); p = 0.172 by log-rank test).
