The results of the colony formation assay showed that the number of cell colonies in the T24shKIF20A/5637shKIF20A group was significantly lower than that in the control group (Figures 3(f) and 3(g)), which confirmed that the knockdown of KIF20A could effectively inhibit the proliferation of bladder cancer cells. The gene discussed is KIF20A; the disease is urinary bladder carcinoma.
