CD8A and breast carcinoma: As shown in Figure 7E,F, a co-culture of CD8+T cells isolated from the HLA-A2+ donor with the MamA 2.1 peptide and the THP-1 cells pretreated with ODN2006, the MamA2.1 peptide, and IL-12 Abs demonstrated an inhibition of MamA2.1 tetramer staining and CD8+T cell mediated cytotoxicity on AU565 breast cancer cells.
