We isolated pmel-1 CD8+ T cells (which recognize the shared melanoma-melanocyte differentiation antigen gp100) transduced with miR-155 or a control vector 5 days after transfer into recipient mice infected with a recombinant strain of vaccinia virus encoding the cognate antigen gp100 (gp100-VV) and performed a massively parallel RNA-seq. This evidence concerns the gene PMEL and melanoma.
